Firstly, Phu Quoc is the biggest among the twenty-two islands in Vietnam and has a great number of searches on the Internet. It is about 590km2 in width (2005) belonging to Kien Giang Province, which was affirmed as a biosphere reserve of the world by UNESCO in 2006. The weather here is usually quite cool, breezy and mild with the tropical monsoon climate that is typically divided into dry and wet seasons; so if you are to have a perfect journey, you should choose specific days from November to August. Due to “high season” at that time, you need to prepare carefully. Many people soon realized to buy ticket and book hotel 30 days before their departure time to make sure that their trip would not be postponed. In Phu Quoc Island, religious festivals are seemed to be very important in July calendar. People usually go to the pagodas named Sung Hung, Sung Duc, and Su Muon to pray for luck for their family. When setting foot in Phu Quoc, you will have a chance to observe Nguyen Trung Truc temple, dedicated to Nguyen Trung Truc’s efforts of expelling the enemies. On top of that will be Diep Son Island, it is located in Van Phong bay, Khanh Hoa Province about 500 km from Ho Chi Minh City which deeply attracts a large number of tourists from different country with a special point “the longest sidewalk on the sea” lying between that is up to 700m in length. Walking on this line will create interesting feelings that nowhere has. Diep Son is created by three small islands. Sand as well as sea water here is absolutely clean that you are able to see yourself in. This is a good point of it tourists do love when they get into. Even though there have few arrant places, it still maintains their specific value in their own way. There are many options for you to reach there by ship or on foot. Diep Son is going to welcome you with rows of green trees or even some ships coming across. According to most people, Diep Son is a tiny pleasant tour for those who prefer peace to noise.

The last one is Ha Tien Island (or called Pirate Island) that situated in Northwest of Ba Lua Island. It is about 11 miles (28km) off Ha Tien shore. The name Pirate Island stems from the belief that it used to be where pirates hid their treasure. It has over 16 small and large islands: KienVang, Tre Lon, Bo Dap, and Doi Mo, etc. It is estimated that only 80 families live in Ha Tien Island, which makes it a perfect place for you to relax and escape the big cities’ bustle.
